Silver Option (Day Trip) Cost: $250/hunter/day | $150/non-hunter/day
Includes: Full day of hunting (sunrise to sunset), lunch, snacks, soft drinks, licenses, expert guides, ranch vehicles, fuel, tree stands, loaner rifles, rifle range, 3D archery range, and basic field care (skin/quarter/ice) of your game—except buffalo, which incurs a small field fee due to their size.
Gold Option (Overnight Experience) Cost: $350/hunter/night | $250/non-
hunter/night
Includes: 1.5 days of hunting (arrive Day 1 at 1 PM for two afternoon hunts and one morning hunt), all meals, snacks, soft drinks, lodging in our stunning Cypress Log Lodge, licenses, guides, cook/maid service, ranch vehicles, fuel, tree stands, loaner rifles, rifle range, 3D archery range, and basic field care for most game.
Harvest Fee
At Ross Hammock Ranch, our harvest fee is tailored to the specific animal you choose to hunt, ensuring a personalized and sustainable hunting experience. Priced per animal, the fee includes professional quartering of your meat for easy transport. The animals available for harvest are carefully selected by our team, with approvals based on herd health and availability to maintain thriving populations for future generations. We take immense pride in responsibly managing and growing our herds, constantly evaluating opportunities to introduce new species to enhance your hunting options. After Hunt Options
After hunt options include any additional adventures (fishing, etc), as well as meat preparation by our on-site butcher (mailed to your home after your hunt), or taxidermy, if requested.
Fishing
Our fishing adventures, led by the seasoned guide Mike Holland, offer an exhilarating complement to your hunting experience. With nine years of expertise guiding fishing trips, Mike takes you to the pristine waters of Florida’s Nature Coast for unforgettable inshore or deep-sea fishing.
Inshore trips target species like redfish, trout, and snook in the scenic flats and estuaries, perfect for anglers seeking a dynamic, close-to-shore experience. For those craving a bigger challenge, our deep-sea excursions venture offshore to battle trophy tarpon, grouper, or snapper in the Gulf’s rich waters.
Whether you choose a half-day or full-day trip, Mike provides all essentials—boat, license, rods, reels, bait, fuel, and even fish cleaning—so you can focus on the thrill of the catch. With Mike’s deep knowledge and passion for fishing, your RHR adventure on the water promises excitement, relaxation, and memories to last a lifetime.

Our on-site butcher services, led by the highly skilled butcher, DJ, elevate your hunting experience with unparalleled expertise and convenience. With years of experience, DJ is a master of his craft, capable of transforming your harvest into any cut of meat you desire—from perfectly portioned steaks to custom-prepared sausages and more. Each cut is meticulously handled, individually packaged, and prepared for shipping directly to your home, ensuring your game arrives fresh and ready to enjoy.
DJ’s dedication to quality and precision means every hunter leaves with not only memories of an incredible hunt but also the finest, professionally processed meats to savor long after their time at RHR.
Taxidermy Referral Service
At Ross Hammock Ranch, we proudly partner with a highly skilled local taxidermist to offer exceptional taxidermy services that preserve the memories of your hunt. Our trusted taxidermist, renowned for their meticulous craftsmanship, transforms your trophy into stunning, museum-quality mounts that capture the beauty and spirit of your harvest. Whether it’s a majestic whitetail buck, a formidable alligator, or an exotic axis deer, every piece is expertly handled with precision and care.
As part of your daily fee, we skin and prepare your animal for taxidermy (with additional fees for large game like buffalo or alligators), ensuring it’s ready for our taxidermist’s artistry. You can opt for a full mount, caping, or have the prepared hide shipped to your preferred taxidermist. With our seamless outsourcing process and commitment to quality, your RHR trophy will be a lasting testament to your unforgettable adventure.
